What this test assumes is that intelligence is something that is fixed….and that once you are labeled as a number, you become that number forever more.

Take a moment to stop and ask yourself what kind of mindset you tend to have - and be honest with yourself. It's OK if you think your mindset tends to be more fixed because identifying the problem is the first step towards improvement.

Growth Mindset

The growth mindset looks at talent and intelligence as just a starting point, this point of view creates a love of learning and a great sense of resilience.

Fixed Mindset

Those with a fixed mindset may not see that they have this potential for change, so they may not take further steps to develop it.

Positive Mindset

Happiness and positivity are a mindset. They come from within you, not from your outside circumstances. You don't have to have a "perfect" life to be happy and/or positive. When you have a positive mindset you feel content and calm because the focus is on the things you can control.

Healthy Mindset

Those who are successful, tend to have a growth mindset, and they never stop learning and growing and changing. If you can learn to switch your mindset from a fixed one, which is extremely limiting, to a growth one, which is virtually unlimited, everything you touch will be successful.

Ecological Mindset

When you wake up and you see that the Earth is not just the environment, the Earth is us, you touch the nature of interbeing.

And at that moment you can have real communication with the Earth ….

We have to wake up together. And if we wake up together, then we have a chance.

Our way of living our life and planning our future has led us into this situation. And now we need to look deeply to find a way out, not only as individuals but as a collective, a species.
